Use the Split feature which is located on the bottom right of the Preview pane:
> Move the green advance bar (in the preview pane or on the time-line track) to the section of the video you would like to remove (cutout).
> Click the Split button.
> Continue to advance the green bar too include all the footage you want removed.
> Click the Split button again.
> Now, right-click on the middle portion (the part to be removed) on the time-line.
> Choose Cut or Remove from the drop-down menu that appears.
This process can be used to remove all unwanted footage from video projects.
You have to make sure that the footage is compatble with windows movie maker.
No. Windows Movie Maker is a video editing program not a camera.
There is no synchronization feature available in WMM (windows movie maker). The best you can do to sync the audio with the footage is by dragging the media along the time-line (and hope the sound lines up half-decent with the footage).Sorry, but WMM is a very basic video editing software application with limited features.
Try loading the footage into a media editor such as Windows Movie Maker, or iMovie. Then edit the frame speed from there.
it could be the file extension, like WMM could only open files such as .wma or .mp4 (just an example im not too familiar with it) and your footage on your SD card could be completely different
well ill tell you what i did to fix this problem. i took the specific clip, put it in windows movie maker then published the clip after i put it in the timeline. after the publishing was done i found the movie i made in windows movie maker and put it in sony vegas and i worked

Yes it is. You can download Windows Movie Maker from microsoft's website.
That would be Windows Live Movie Maker.
You can't do that on Windows Movie Maker.
WMM is the acronym for Windows Movie Maker.
