Just because something looks good doesn't mean it's healthy for you. Your ex puts his need to cheat and get female attention above your feelings. He knows his actions hurt you but he continues to do them anyway--what does that say about his feelings for you? It means he is selfish and his needs come first, not your feelings. If you were to get back together with him, he would continue to cheat on you and act like a player. You have two options---you can date him and accept that he will continue to cheat or decide that you deserve to be with someone else who wants only you.
