How do you defeat the transformers decepticons level blackout at qatar?

I beat the level by hiding behind the satelites. The bullets fired at me would destroy the satelites. On the scanning level get on top of the building it wants you to scan and scan it quickly. Do not shoot at the enemy on this whole level. I followed these directions and beat the level myself. Good Luck! Your going to need it.
