I was having this problem earlier too!
All you have to do is plug your mp3 player into the computer, it should appear in your Windows Media Player. (it should say 'GoGear audio)
click on that.
Then click on 'songs' under the "primary views" thingy.
Now it should say all of the songs on your mp3 player.
side click on the ones you want to delete then click "delete"
after you're done deleting, you can unplug your mp3 player and they should all be deleted.
Sorry about the really confusing directions! (hopefully you have windows media player)

∙ 16y agoUse the supplied USB cable to plug into your pc, then navigate to the music folder then delete the song(s) when the sylvania player drive appears. You can only delete saved voice captures interactively with the in-player interface.
