This is an interesting question. First, if he is an illegal immigrant then this process is

very easy. Call ICE, the division of Homeland Security in charge of deportation, and you can have him deported right away. If you don't have any reason to not have custody, your a fit parent, then you'll gain custody since they wont deport a U.S. Citizen.

If he is not illegal things get much more difficult. The common reasons for deportation are certain violent crimes, mental disorder, or violating the terms of their visa. If they are in a legal status then they will get a court hearing so you cant just do something stupid and think they will be sent away immediately.

But if you need to get someone deported you can make things happen. You cant be obvious because the judge will just throw out the case, but you can make things happen. First and foremost if you can get close to the person then do that. Any of the reasons above either have to happen legitimately or you'll have to make it seem like it will happen. To do that it will be infinitely easier if you are close to them.

So once you get close, the first thing to do is to get rid of his papers. This may seem small but it is important. One of the reasons to start the deportation process is if they cant provide papers. Also, they need to provide papers at certain times, an example is if they need to prove that they live here legally. These times of proving themselves can be facilitated by anyone and them not having papers will at worse reflect poorly on him.

So to be here he must be employed or in school, fix that. Once they loose their job or schooling then if someone makes a call and they cant provide their papers then they will be on their way to deportation. So how can you get them fired or kicked out of school. Basically you can do the same thing to make their goals slide. Once you get close to them keep them occupied. That's right whether its work or school if they can't focus on what they are doing they will start slide and that is what you want. If you can fight make sure to do that as much as possible, this will work into something else ill bring in later. Be up and down, but whatever you do, don't let them focus on their life. You need them fired or kicked out of school, either one will result in them loosing the reason for being here and then they wont need to be here.

School is harder to effect but with work you have much more freedom. Do they have a business credit card? Use it to buy something personal for them, not many companies will overlook little things like that plus if they are convicted of fraud they are out of the country. Do they have a work computer? If they do use it for a little porn, looking at underage porn is a federal crime, but even though they aren't likely to be caught for that, most companies will not ignore them Surfing porn, do it and watch them get fired. Do they have a company car? Get in a fender bender. You are suppose to be driving the car so they wont be able to admit it was you but it is a great way of getting them fired. You get the point so be creative.

Back to the fighting. Although a great way to get them to focus on anything but school or work, the other thing it can do is get them either depressed or angry. If they hit you then call the cops and again get them deported. But if they do get depressed try to get them on medication. A little known fact is that people either with serious mental disorders or addicted to drugs both fall under the reasons why people get deported.

Again be creative, once you get them convicted of a crime or kicked out of school or fired then things will move towards deportation quickly, with your help, and once they are deported you and your child can live together happily for the rest of your lives.

Ex-boyfriend lied to a judge and the judge gave him temporary custody?

I assume that the "ex-boyfriend" is also the father of the child. If you believe that he lied to gain custody, you can file a motion/petition for a custody re-hearing and be prepared to demonstrate that he lied, and that you are a 'fit' mother to have custody of the child.

Can child's father gain custody if he doesn't like mothers new boyfriend?

In the US, no, you can't gain custody merely because you don't like your ex's new boyfriend/girlfriend. However if that boyfriend/girlfriend is unfit/ presents a danger to the child, that's a totally different situation.

Can a ex husband sue his ex wife for child support?

Yes of course if he has custody.

What if your ex runs around from town to town with your son how can you get custody of your child?

See an attorney to file for custody. When your ex is found, you can use the court to force custody to you. If you already have legal custody, and your ex has taken the child in knowing violation of the order, then you should be bringing the police in, for non-custodial interference, or possibly kidnapping.

If I have my child as much or more than my ex should I have to pay child support?

If your ex is the custodial parent then you are required to pay child support however if you have joint custody the order could change drastically. If you have your child as much as your ex and you dont have joint custody appointed by the court then you should file for it to reduce your payments.

Can your ex wifes husband adopt your 18 year old daughter without your permission?

Normally, when a married couple are divorced, and there is a child involved, the court will issue a ruling about who has custody. A mother may lose custody if she has been deemed by the court to be an unfit mother or a danger to the child, in which case the ex-husband would gain sole custody. If no such ruling has been made, then the ex-husband would have no right to simply take the child without permission. That is a form of kidnapping.
