If it is a physically challenging job that you are applying for then say that your hobbies are fitness/sport related. ie, tennis, dancing If is a sedentary job being more mental than physical then state that your hobbies are mentally related ie. doing crosswords, puzzles, reading etc.

Just state what your career expectations are. If you want to advance with the company, state that. If you want to get more education and branch into a new area within the company, state that, etc. You would not; however, want to state anything that would give the interviewer the impression that you are looking for short-term employment unless the position is temporary or short-term.
