Tricky question! I work as a Chaplain in the British Armed Forces and I run into these issues on a daily basis and the best bit of advice I can give you is 'less is more'! Don't push because people don't like doing things under pressure so a little encouragement is good but not to much. Faith is one of those things that has to come from the individual. Try mentioning that you enjoy church and they are welcome to join if they would like. They might have questions about the proceedings at church and let them know that you cant do anything wrong in church and all the church is about is relaxing, enjoying and worshipping. Answer:Consider how you would feel if the shoe were on the other foot. If one of your friends was a user of hard drugs, a swinger, Pastifarian (worshipping the Flying Spaghetti Monster), a member of the Church of the Subgenius (or any of the more mainline religions like Moslem, Hindu or Buddhist) and asked you to come to meet with him and his friends. Assuming it was pretty obvious that your friend fully expected that you would "see the light" and join up after this introduction. How would you feel? The answer is obvious, a person prefers to find their own way in these matters. Leave your friend alone or you'll have neither a convert or a friend.
No, she is an atheist.
Yes it is OK to go to church if you are an atheist. I am not sure what religion you are asking about -- the religion of the church or atheism
There is no such thing as an atheist church.
None because he was atheist.
he could because he never go to church in the episodes.
No people that are Jewish, Methodist, ext. also go to church. You don't even need to have a religen to go to church even if your atheist you can go to church.
A:No. As an atheist I see no reason to go to church and worship, what is to me, an imaginary being. However, I fully respect the choice of those who choose to go to church and worship their God.
You can encourage your girlfriend by telling her that it would really make you and your family happy if she attended church with you.
I am an atheist. An atheist is someone who doesn't believe in religion. It is everyone's right to choose their own religion and not be abused for it, including those who are atheist.
Encourage people to go to church, synagogue, or mosque.Encourage them to volunteer to do community service.
An atheist would have no interest in being a preacher. It doesn't make sense for one to become a preacher. If someone who claims to be an atheist, becomes a preacher, then they weren't an atheist.
you tell them to go to church and see if they like it or not and try and make them believe in god.
