There are many ways. There are lots of calculators on the internet that will do it. See the Weekday Calculator from Albion.edu linked below in the "Related links" section. For example, Feb 25th 1963 was on a Monday. You could also do a search of the month you are looking for and it will show you a calendar for it. You can use software to do it, like a spreadsheet. In Excel there are some ways of doing it. Say you typed the date into cell A2. Then in another cell type the following formula:
=WEEKDAY(A2)
That will give you a number between 1 and 7. Remembering that Sunday is the first day of the week, so it is 1, then you will know which day the date corresponds to.
If you go into formatting, you can change the format of the date to show the day. Select the cell and go into formatting. It will be in date format. Then go to Custom Format at the bottom of the list and change it to this:
dddd d mmmm yyyy
This will show the full date with the day of the week and the month of the year for that date.
