The lowest F is the F# which is all three valves held down. The next F is between E and G. It is with the first valve only.

On a standard Bb trumpet, the fingering for low G is 13 and the fingering for higher Gs is open.
Valve 1 and 3 for low f, valve 1 for high f On a B-flat trumpet, 1 and 3 is a low G, not F. Low F below the staff is below the natrual range of a B-flat trumpet. to play that note, you must either press all three valves and pull out the slides or use pedal tones.

To E: for low and middle D, trill the ring finger on the right hand. For high D, trill the ring finger on the left hand. To Eb: for low and middle D, trill the pinky on the right hand. For high D, trill the pinky on the left hand.
You play a G below the staff on the trumpet with the fingering 1 and 3, loosen the jaw if you are having trouble reaching it.
If using a B-flat trumpet, to play Taps in G, hold down the 1st and 2nd valves the whole time.
