try getting WHITE GREAE and gettingit on all moving parts....sounds like wear and tear and loss of ease.....grease should help, if not then your rollers might be cracked or broken....find a mobile mechanic, they usually never charge to see whats wrong and are fairly reasonable....hope this helps
