It's dangerous, me giving instruction on a car fix, but nevertheless I will rush in since I hear no angels.
I also have a P0135 code on my Chrysler Town & Country. Researching it, I read that the vast majority of the times the problem is fixed by replacing the #1 O2 sensor on bank 1. That's for my van, don't know if it would be the same for your truck but I suspect it might be.
A mechanic suggests not buying an aftermarket, non-branded sensor like you might get at an auto parts store. Buy one from a GM dealer, in your case.

P0135 -- Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction This does not necessarily mean the O2 sensor is bad. It just means it is being effected. Odds are it is bad especially if the car has over 50,000 miles on it.
Trouble code P0135 means: HO2S-11 (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction Trouble code P1684 means: The battery has been disconnected within the last 50 starts
Assuming you mean P0135, that would be O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 1). If the wiring to bank 1 sensor 1 is not damaged, it is probably a bad bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor. Replace it.
im sure google does
