when you get OFF the jet you will be on top of a telephone pole looking thing, if you fall down to the ground. you will see a guy wearing a taco hat. talk to him, and he tells you he will get fired if he does not keep track of time. the clock is broken. you have to go all the way to the left and you will see a buff robot and he offers to help you. you will have to click on the little gold thing on the building, when you do, it triggers a scene and the clock is all the way at the top, i am still trying to fix the clock currently, but hope this helps! :D
