You pick it up and use the pencil on it to find the orders because the one paper with the orders on it flew away when she threw it so you will find the answer there and then you go to the Luggage cart and find a reporter there. She will suggest getting into Tesla's room by having you go into the porter's closet and grabbing her extra clothing off the wall. You put it on in the ITEMS button and then go to Tesla's room and he will let you in thinking you are the porter.
