A simple way is to get action replay. Scroll down to the ball modifier and it lets you get 999 of each ball. Select them one at a time though.

∙ 14y agoThere is no pokéball that will catch other trainers' pokémon. There are, however, cheat codes that allow you to do this, but requires a cheating device such as the Action Replay.

If you try to throw a pokeball at the other trainer's Pokemon, it will bounce off the Pokemon & the game will say the trainer blocked the pokeball. it's not impossible, one of my friends did it i just don't know how.
