If you mean the pet fish then talk to Grammy in the pet shop and comlplete the pet quests (one of thems goldfish).
If you mean fishing for fish in ur aquarium then go to falconreach fishing (near valencia) and buy angler armour. Then wait till the waters all thrashy and click anywhere on the screen to pull out your fish (or boot or stick). You can view them by clicking the side arrow and then clicking aquarium.

∙ 12y agogoto the fighing spot next to the entrance where robina hood is (also known as falconreach bay) when you enter it will have 2 options which are: buy armour,and fish if you don't have the armour buy the armour if you already do just clickk on fish and then eventally you will get a salmon.

∙ 14y agoup your butt, around the corner, and down the tube into a smelly pond with a whirlpool. actually go to warlics zone, then go to the waterfall place. there should be a bag on the ground(if you started the quest).
