If you like this girl, you should try and find out the things she likes doing. If she does any clubs or societies maybe join one or two of the clubs that actually INTEREST you. Don't join them just because she's there and if you join all of th clubs things could seem slightly suspicious and she could be a bit worried about you 'follwing' her everywhere! If she doesn't do any clubs or if the clubs she does don't interest you then find an excuse to talk to her about something else. If you see her at around the same time each day, then just say a quick hello and exchange pleastentries with her. She'll appreciate the hello and if you do it each day, she will start to notice you more. This could be an excuse to talk to her more each day or so if you have the chance. Once you find something you are both interested in (it could be anything, like rock climbing to fine art) you can talk to her about that and maybe organise to do a course together or something. Anyways, it is etter to start with friendship so you have fond memories to fall back on if things don't work out too well. Good luck!
