well you cut off all connections like for example any friends in common you dont hang out with them but if you do wanna hang around those friends just dont talk about your ex.its a process of getting over someone first you go through pain and tears but youll relize you were too good for your ex and youll find something better ahead but one thing in order to get that happiness you must move on cause with pain comes pleasure and good always comes along no matter what.
