In order to break stone in Granite Cave of Pokemon Glabal Revolution, one of the player's pokemon must use the move Rock Smash. Rock Smash ability (TM08) is given to a player by a trainer where Usokki used to be, after visiting gym leader Akane.

Depending on what your searching for in Lost Cave the directions you need to take vary. I am going to present all the possible directions you will need to take in order to find items, a trainer, and a key person.

#1 The Lax Incense: After entering the cave you will find a Hiker take the exit to your right and then take the one below you to find the Lax Incense item.

#2 Misc Items and Sea Incense: The items in question I am not sure what they are but just follow these directions, from the Hiker go right, then up, down, then left from the girl you should find an item. Once again from the Hiker go right, up, down, down, right, left, down, left to find another item. Lastly from the Hiker once again go right, up, down, down, right, left, down, right, right for one last item.

#3 The key trainer Selphy and the Silk Scarf: From the Hiker go right, up, down, down, right, left, down, right, up to find the trainer Selphy she will battle you with high 40's it shouldn't be too difficult. After winning the battle Selphy will take you to her house afterward leave and re-enter and speak to her she will begin asking to see pokemon if you show her that pokemon (must be 1st in party) you will receive items (you can do this forever). Besides this if you go back to Lost Cave and return to the spot where you found Selphy you should also be able to find a Silk Scarf.
