If not, you may install some screen caputure software in your computer.
As to screen capture, the one I used works well on me. It can record anything on your laptop, including streaming video and audio file. And it also helps you save the file to standard video format file after recording. If you need, it also can help you convert video format.
So, I often use it to capture laptop screen to make instructional video.
There is a button on the keyboard for Print screen called "Prnt Scrn". Open the page that you have to take a snapshot of and press that button then open a Word document or Power point and press Ctrl+V to paste the snapshot there.
Click the Start Recording button or use the Win + Alt + R keyboard shortcut to capture your screen activity. Now perform whatever screen actions you want to capture.
You can get a screen capture program like fraps or bandicam!
I would do some research into a capture device which has no delay time.

Press the prt sc button on your laptop in the top right corner for most computers! Paste it on word and you can see what you captures. You can also download something like fraps and press the button you assign to capture. Make sure you know where images are going!
