Side Resistance * Hold one hand against the side of your head. * Use your hand to resist the movement as you try to touch your shoulder with your ear. * Hold this posture for a count of 5. * Relax and repeat on opposite side. * Do 5-10 reps of this exercise 3 times a day. Forward Resistance * Hold both hands against your forehead. * Try to move head forward, but resist the movement with your hands. * Hold this posture for a count of 5. * Relax. * Do 5-10 Repetitions of this exercise 3 times a day. Backward Resistance * Place both hands behind your head. * Try to move head backwards, but resist the movement with your hands. Don't tip chin. * Hold this posture for a count of 5. * Relax. * Do 5-10 reps 3 times a day. These exercises are beneficial but without a proper diet it can only help so much I would suggest going on a healthy and steady diet.
I'm not really sure if there is a certain exercise that allows you to loose only chin fat. However, if you just start exercising in general, i can guarantee that you will loose chin fat, and other fat. So instead of looking for one particular exercise, you should really just start running, biking, doing crunches, or whatever. You will lose chin fat, and other fat.........what a plus!!!!!!! There are certain exercises that you can do to help build your neck muscles. In doing so, your muscles will make your neck appear more taut and firm. My advice and answer would be doing some running, jogging, swimming and neck excersises. An easy neck excersise is simply neck laying down on your back on a raised surface with just your head and neck hanging off the side. Then hold your head up for about a minute.
