You can buy a vex starter kit for 250-3504 and build one your self. I am currently in a robotics group and we did some research and NO you can not buy one unless you want to spend 15,000$-50,000$ on a built and programed robot also the size counts also . small usually around 2-3,000$ medium 3-15,000$ large 15-50,000$ so the answer is Yes but they cost a lot.
