Well, the chalkboard was the virtual gift for a collection of cards a while ago. (you can get the cards by playing the coin game where you throw the coin into the fountain- I can't remember what it's called LOL- in the Town Square, by the way) I'm afraid, though, that you can't get the cards anymore so the only way you can get the chalkboard is by trade with other buildabearville citizens- sorry.
