How do you get the grappeling hook on Zelda phantom hourglass?

It can be found in a Chest in the Temple of Ice. You need the Boomerang to get to it, but obviously, if you're at the Temple of Ice, you've gotten the Boomerang at the Temple of Fire!

When going thru the ice temple, u'll find urself in a room (trapped) with yook. defeat the yook to let the brown door that loks u in go down and a giant chest appears. u get the chest to get the Grappling hook.

To get the grappling hook, you have to go to the ice temple and defeat loads of creatures ...etc... The grappling hook has 3 uses (that I know of) : 1-THE PULL : If you aim the hook at something heavy (ex.: rock,pole), you will be pulled towards it. But if you aim at something something light (ex.: barrel) it will be pulled towards you!!!Or sometimes it will simply brake. 2-THE ROPE : If you aim the grappling hook at a heavy thing and then at another at the same time, you will crush them together :-P But if you aim it at a pole, to another pole or a torch and another torch, or a chest to another chest or any other combination, you will create a tightrope !Touch one of the starts/ends of the rope to hop on and walk away!!! 3-BOING!!!! : If you make a tightrope, just push on the rope, and BOING!!! You will get thrown away!!! P.S : Sorry I couldn't give more details on where it is !!!=-D

While in the Temple of Ice (5th dungeon), you will discover on the third basement floor four orbs on high ledges. Stand in the middle of them on a blue tile and throw your boomerang at them in this order:

You will get a small key. Open the north door to reach a room with two Yook. Kill them and a treasure chest containing the Grappling Hook will appear.

First you must get to Dragon roost cave which is on Dragon roost. You must get far in the dungeon then you will see Medi. She is trapped and guarded by Monsters. Defeat them and receive the grappling hook from Medi.

You get the hookshot in ocarina of time, you have to go to the graveyard and pull back a grave. I don't know which one so just keep pulling them back and a hole should appear. Go in and dampee will challenge you to a race if you beat him he will give youu the hookshot then you will see a room in front of you, go in and play the song of time.
