I used a mini mushroom to get through the gap in the ceiling, once you get through, run right. Fall through the space, land, and make sure you don't jump up to the door! If you do, go back to the gap and start over if you have enough time. Wait until the conveyor belt brings you across and get the star coin. Run back across the conveyor belt and jump up. Get the item, I strongly suggest you will need it to battle Petey Piranha.
