When you return the cat to Charlie's Carrot Surplus, you get a crowbar that you can use to enter the sewer pipe at the Carrot Cake Factory (far right by the water). On you way across the roof, get the Vent Blueprint from the window. In the sewer, pick up the Carrot Transporter (which you normally would only use if you forgot the map), and climb to the "bottle cap" trap doors. Cross the first two quickly as soon as the cap snaps back up. Then cross the next two the same way. It is nearly impossible to cross all 4 at once. To get past the rat, climb into the loop of pipe above and slip past him. On the factory floor, you will throw the three switches (middle one all the way down, other two halfway down) and climb to the upper left. You can ride the moving red crane arm to reach the vent entrance at the upper right.
