You simply delete it. Right click the folder and select 'delete' from the menu that comes up. Likewise, you can select the folder so that it is highlighted and press the 'delete' key on your computer's keyboard. Another way is to click and hold the folder and drag it overtop of the recycle bin, then let go of it and it will automatically move it there. Putting a folder/file into the recycle bin does not delete it, there is one more step to fully removing it from your computer. You can double click the recycle bin to open it up (it should look similar to a normal folder when you do this, with a few different options) and somewhere in the window you should see the option 'empty the recycle bin'; clicking this will permanently delete all files and folders from the recycle bin. The other way to empty it is to right click the recycle bin and select 'empty the recycle bin' from the menu.

To restore it back go to same area right click go to new ,key And type the key again {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

To delete files in the recycle bin without opening it is possible. All you must do is locate the recycle bin icon on your desktop, right click, and select "Empty Recycle Bin". It will then ask you to confirm by selecting yes or no.
Right click on your desktop, click on properties. Now click on customize desktop, and you should see your icons there, uncheck the trash bin.

If you only deleted it from the favorites, in should be in the recycle bin and can be recovered. If you emptied the recycle bin, there is little you could do except make a new folder and attempt to replace everything in the folder that has been deleted.
