Make sure the nuggets are baked not fried. If he wants nuggets then tell him he must have 7 bites of vegetables, it works. Have fruit and vegetable juices with the nuggets. Try not to fret, I'm sure your son is a bright, healthy little 8 year old with a mom that cares a whole lot!
