How do you get your little sister to stop bugging you?

if you want to get your sister in trouble you should tell your gaurdian that she has hit you or maybe done something "bad" then tell them that she wont agree and for evidence try to make it look like she hit you by putting a fake bruise or something

if it's an older sister, you can pretend she's dating some boy your parents wouldn't approve of and call that boy a bunch of times on her phone and email him a bunch of times with her email. Then "casually" mention it at the dinner table. That'll cause your parents to check her phone and email. Then she'll get in trouble.

If it's younger, make a big mess in the house with her toys and stuff when your parents are gone and she's not paying attention. Then walk out of the house and go somewhere good, like the library or your friend's house to study.
