Teen Sims run away when they have a bad relationship with everyone in the house. If your teen Sim ran away, you can either: 1. Wait until they're almost an adult and they'll come back OR 2. Click on your phone > Report (Sim's Name) Missing and the police will bring them back almost immediately.
