first, you need to install sims 2 university. then, you follow these instructions:
no cheat: get into the Paranormal career. Make your way to the top. The reward will be the ressurecting thing. Make sure you know someone who has died. call the grim reaper, and select the person you want zombified. Pay around 900 to 1500 simoleons. TA-DA!
cheat: do CONTROL-SHIFT-C and type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. shift-click on the newspaper. select Career Rewards.... and then Paranormal. Call the grim reaper and pay 900 to 1500 simoleons for a person. TA-DA!
p.s. you will find the ressurrect-o-nomitron in the inventory under career rewards
