For theraputical hypnosis you have to get them to completely relax and create expierience by saying why don't you try to imagine __________. you then have to create details in extream high definition. get them to feel like their there. Then icorporate the things that you want them to do into the sentence for instance say "as your running along the pathway you notice that you actually feel energized and refreshed" then say somthing like "for you know that this is you in the near future it may be next month, next week, or perhaps its tomarrow." it doesnt work well on family

For stage hypnosis it requires tons of people and a huge stage now i am not going to tell you how to do stage hypnosis because i belive that you need to work for some things.

if its your parents, you need to behave really well by making them breakfast and clean up around the house!

then, when your mum or dad is fast asleep, you whisperer to them, for example... 'get Abigail a new puppy for Christmas' and repeat this about 3 times every night! after a week, they will get you what you wanted... trust me this works...
