This is at least a 2 Hour Job.
The Alternator rests on the Passenger Side of the Vehicle near the Passenger Floor Board. The Right Front Axle will need to be popped out the two Bolts taken out.

Dont be frustrated, but please know that you should raise the Car and Look up under the Car and you will see the Hole that it looks Like it will just fall down thru easily.
WRONG. the alternator on this car is alot bigger than it Looks.

you will need to remove the Plastic UnderShield of the Car then the Right Wheel Well Plastic Cover, and after the Tire is Taken Off and the Axle is Popped out the Alternator will then Come Down. To Install just put the Alternator up in the Hole and insert Bolts, adjust for tension with the Belt and youre on.
This is not a beginner Project.

Remove the wiring harness from your 1992 Plymouth Grand Voyager alternator. Remove the alternator belt. Remove the alternator retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new alternator.

As this is an intermittant problem it is more than likely the brake light switch is sticking at times..

you have to take off the timing belt. be sure to mark belt & gears so you get it off time
you need to get a new computer(is located underneath your radio and has 3 sets of wires going into it on the right side)
Take the door panel off and remove the lock cylinder. Bring the cylinder to a locksmith to get a new key made.
Here's an idea, take it to a mechanic....dont install big things that need to be professionally installed for your own safety.
