all you have to do is enter the second portal to the distortion world into turn back cave
you can enter turn back cave from the spring path (you can only do this after you have entered the hall of fame) you must go through a series of rooms which it doesnt matter which order you go through them in
once you enter the second portal to the distortion world then you follow the pth all the way to the end and you will see an item called the grisierous orb you must make giratina hold the orb before ou leave the distortion world. once you leave you change between the two formes by simply removing the orb and making it hold it again
thus you have changed giratina into its origin forme
