1. Select the data you wish to keep, right-click it and select "copy."
2. Then select the cell you wish to put the calculated result in, right-click it and select "paste special." This should spawn a pop-up box with many options.
3. Unclick "formula" and click "values," n the pop-up box and then select "OK."
You have now copied only then value the formula calculated and not the formula itself. You can use this to replace the formula in your sheet by selecting the same box to paste in as you copied from.
