On platinum you have to complete 7 gyms then go to mt coronet (the place were dialga/palkia are) then fight team galactic a portal will make dialga and palkia apear then Giritina apears through a different portal you have to go through you go through it then fight Cyrus after that you fight Giritina when you've captured it go through the portal to the spring path fly to pastoria city look in the PC you have giritina hope i helped.
