well actally that's not true if you buy a lv bag on eBay they can just list the qualities of the bag like if it has a serial number and made in France stamp because somtimes people don't want to show there buisness about how much they paid and ther things like that by showing a receipt but you can buy it from a garage sale for like $5 and then go to like dillards to find out and they might be able to do an inspection on your lv bag.sometimes it also depends on the color and quality of your leather on the lv bag.
