Some chow chow breeders are disreputable and sell chow chow puppies from puppy farms so be sure to ask a lot of questions, including how many litters they breed per year. and if they have bred any champions. Also ask about vaccinations and worming.
If you need to ask, you shouldn't breed. The only good breeders are responsible breeders who know what they're doing and spend thousands of dollars health checking parents, testing etc. You would be adding to the population of hundreds of thousands of unwanted dogs/puppies. Get them fixed.

We have the company assurance that moist food won't hurt them. But, you need to know, if you only feed your dog soft food it can affect their teeth. Most breeders feed, their puppies & dogs, dry puppy or dog food.
