The Dremel should come with a very small wrench, about as long as a pinky finger and very flat. There are two flat sides on the collet that the wrench will fit over. Slide the wrench on and press the small silver button near the collet. Release the button and turn the wrench in a counter clockwise direction. It should loosen right up.
The mandrels and other tools will fit but the collet nut and collets will not. Dremel uses a smaller diameter shaft. I tried to fit a Dremel chuck on mine and discovered this.
