I think the way to make off white iceing is to buy it. you can usually either buy it already made or buy the packet and make it at home.

When I make the white glaze I use white powered sugar and slowly mix in water until I get it to the thickness I want.Cuzzx You can also use any type of fruit juice instead of water if you want to flavor the glaze. You can also use milk or cream if you want it a bit creamier.

The simplest glaze is made by combining powdered sugar with just enough liquid for it to let it flow evenly from a spoon. Sifting the powdered sugar before adding liquid will prevent lumpy glaze. Start by placing 2 . of powdered sugar in a bowl. Add whole milk 1 tbsp. at a time, until you have the desired consistency. Depending on the cake size also depends on how much powdered sugar you will need. This recipe should b enough to cover 1 13x9 or 1 Bundt cake.

first u get 4 blocks of while chocolate and melt it then u add sugar butter and 2ml of milk and keep mixing it until u get a thick texture and ur frosting is ready
