That would be nearly impossible, since cutting edge doctors, surgeons, and scientists can't make a fully functioning robotic limb.
Not really. Are you going to cosplay Edward? If so, you could create one using cardboard or rubber sheets. You can even use paper mache.

Unfortunately nO. Technology isn't that good yet. Having a metal arm like that is heavy and what power source can it run off without permenantely plugging itself to a power socket?

The anime has strayed so far from the manga already. The Kishin is dead so what more can they do? There IS a new series coming out late next year, although it will probably be the re-telling of the story but actually following the manga this time, like bones did with Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.
I LOVE the show! =D

Try One Piece.
Truthfully, the answer depends on the series. In Fullmetal Alchemist (the anime), Envy is a male. Envy was born from the failed human transmutation performed by Hohenheim after his son died. Like the other Homunculi in the series, their gender prior to the transmutation carries over. As for Fullmetal Alchemist (manga) and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Envy has no gender. The Homunculi in these series are born from the sins of Father, which do not have gender.
