You make the toolbar and websites normal size by commandCtrl while pressing 0. There is also the customize Toolbar window.
I tried to minimise it by using my mouse which made it smaller than the normal size as it is double the size which I was told to do after unlocking it. I've also tried moving the vertical dotted line to make it smaller but it didn't budge. So how can I make it smaller
A word toolbar is where you change the font or size
I don't think that it is it may be but at certain websites it says that anywhere from a size 14 or larger is plus and 0 to 13 is normal but thats on certain websites
The formatting toolbar typically allows users to change fonts and their size in applications such as word processors or graphic design programs. Look for options like "Font" or "Text" to make these adjustments easily.

To make the print, or font, on a PC larger, one will need to adjust the font size. Changing the size will differ depending on what program one is using. Generally, one would select the text in their word processor and then choose a larger font size in the toolbar.
You resize it by making it larger! :)
