Try swallowing air, either with soda or something, or this way. pinch your nose and take a deep breath through your mouth. Then close your lips and exhale air into your mouth then swallow the air in your mouth with spit. Repeat until you feel bloated. Then hold the air down.

-Not eating anything for a little while. This one can take a little while, the longer you wait the louder the growling will get. But don't starve yourself!
-Eating something that upsets your stomach. This isn't the best option because you often get diarrhea from doing this, and not only can that be unpleasant but the growling stops after you pass a stool.
-Swallowing air. This can be tricky, the air often goes into your lungs instead of your stomach.
-Eating a lot. It's best not to do this trick often, but it usually works when you do.
-Eating gassy foods, such as beans. This one sometimes works, but the gas often ends up being passed out instead of staying inside to let the belly growl.
Different tricks work for different people. Find out which one works for you!

More to the point would be the obvious question: why on Earth do you want to make your stomach growl? As for gas from digestion, that is generated in the intestines, not the stomach.
