go to Windows Movie Maker,press narration and talk.then to my computer where the start button is,then press your music file drag the narration in windows movie maker and there.you have your sound.hope it works.

You can use the sound recorder on your computer to record your voice saying something short. It is located at Start, All Programs, Accessories, Entertainment, Sound Recorder. You will need a microphone. To make your recorder say things you type, you can also go to a site like the Related Link below.
