well first off you need to go to a local grocery store (Walmart) and buy a packet of fruit pectant (sure-Jell or certo) located by the jello, then a 32oz of gatoraide, then get a bottle of vitiman b12 then a bottle of cranberry pills and also a bottle of creatine suppliments take like 5 of each pill every day till the test then the day of the test mix the sure-jell with the gatoraide then drink it about an hour and a half before the test then pee as much as possible then take 3 b12 pills and 3 creatine pills, this has worked for me almost 2 years.. lol :)
