The HOVERCRAFT in the windmill attic will carry you out to the crashed saucer in the swamp. To get it, go inside the mill and release the gears with the short rope, then go outside and turn the windmill arms counterclockwise to open the roof dome.
The HOVERCRAFT (hover board) runs on manure, and you can get one bag from the farm left of the mill. Once you add it to the board, it will go to the swamp, which is the only place you can use it.
Go in the upper floor of the mill and hang on the rope that unlocks the gears.

To get to the top of the windmill in Astro Knights Island in Poptropica, you need to reach the area with the moving platforms. Time your jumps carefully to navigate across the platforms and reach the top of the windmill. Keep in mind the patterns of the moving platforms to successfully make your way to the top.
Once you have opened the attic dome, you can add manure to make the hovercraft work. To open the attic, release the gear lock and turn the windmill arms counter-clockwise.
You can not do anything, except move on to another island.

Opening the roof dome of the mill, you will find the hovercraft (hover board) that can take you out into the mud swamp. It runs on manure and when you add some, it will take its place automatically at the swamp, and cannot move anywhere else. (see related question)
