The HOVERCRAFT in the windmill attic will carry you out to the crashed saucer in the swamp. To get it, go inside the mill and release the gears with the short rope, then go outside and turn the windmill arms counterclockwise to open the roof dome.

The HOVERCRAFT (hover board) runs on manure, and you can get one bag from the farm left of the mill. Once you add it to the board, it will go to the swamp, which is the only place you can use it.

Go in the upper floor of the mill and hang on the rope that unlocks the gears.

You have to jump up on the windmill arms. Turning them counterclockwise opens the hatch on the top of the building. Inside you will find a hover board that runs on manure, and provides you a way to cross the mud swamp.

You have to go inside the Ye Olde Rumour Mille and go to the top. There is a rope hanging on the right side. You have to jump on it, then go outside and climb up the windmill arms. Turning them counterclockwise will open the roof dome. Then you can add manure to the hovercraft hidden in the attic. (see related question)

Go inside the windmill and up into the gear room. Pull on the rope to unlock the gears, then go back outside. Jump up on the windmill arms and turn them counter-clockwise. This will open the roof dome and you can get to the hovercraft in the attic.

It runs on manure and will automatically go to the mud swamp, the only place it will operate.

The saucer Excalibur needs a new fuel rod to replace the broken one. The only place to find one on the island is the imprisoned robot invader. He's held in the dungeon below the castle library.

Getting the fuel rod is the ultimate goal of the Arturus stage of the game. (see related question) The only other thing needed are coordinates to enter in the saucer computer.
