Now a days stalking usually occurs on the internet. The best way to avoid this would be to not post any personal information on websites. Like for example, if one website asks for your hobbies, or where you work, and say you put down, "i work at the San Diego zoo on thursdays" or something, then if someone was looking to stalk you they'd try to find you there. Taking your personal information and using it against you. They may also try to send you emails. Saying, "text me, here's my # ...." these are definantly stalkers. Once they get your number they will not leave you alone unless you bring the cops into it. You have to delete these emails. DO NOT RESPOND! otherwise they'll relize that you took them into intrest and they'll just continue sending you some
