You don't pull hair out of a dogs ears, if its some other type of hair that is lodges in it, go to the vet, their ears are very sensitive, poking around a dogs ears may result in loss of hearing and can be very painful to the dog. Don't do it!

∙ 14y agoIn all honesty, I would take the dog to a professional dog cutters place. They'll know how to do it safely. But if you really want to do it yourself, have someone hold the dog down for you and take a shaver of some nature and carefully and stedily shave the ear hairs

∙ 15y agoAlways use a nail clipper designed for dogs. Human nail clippers don't work well, because dogs' nails aren't flat like ours. Hold each paw as you work and spread the toes. Be careful to stay away from the quick, which is easier to cut into than you think. The quick is the end of the toe's blood vessel, so if you cut the quick, the toe will bleed.
