set your neon on the table in front of you. now turn it so that the right face of the device is facing towards you.now if you look at that face, on the right end of the face (near the top end of the neon) there is the cover for the charging/headset port. On the left end of the face, there is another cover piece the same shape as the charge/headset, but it has "micro SD" imprinted on it and has an imprinted outline of a micro SD card. Assuming you're holding the phone so that this print is right-side up and legible, there will be a notch directly above the lettering. use this notch to remove the port cover with your fingernail. the cover should come away fairly easily, but stay attached via a very short cord.
Micro SD cards are about 15mm by 10mm and I got mine at Best Buy. Set the phone back on the table. position the SD card with the contacts (contacts are the little gold plates) facing down and towards the phone. the notched part of the card should face the top of the device. align the card with the port and push it gently in. keep pushing it in until it clicks. release it, and it should stay in place.
Pop the cover piece back into its place, and you're good to go. To remove the SD card, simply remove the cover then push the SD card further into the phone until it clicks, then release it and it should pop right out.
