There are many places to find a free download for Adobe Flash Player but the most reliable option is the official Adobe website. Other well-known download sites include Softpedia and CNet. Copy one of the two non-hyperlinked websites I have put down below and paste it into a new tab window.get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/Be sure to know what Operating System and browser you are running to ensure that you are installing the correct file.
That may depend on where you download from, but if you go directly to the adobe web site, and download it from there, it will definitely not add spam.
Once you install your adobe flash player from the website of the adobe software it activates by itself. If talking about the web browser plugin then you need to go to the add on in firefox or extensions in chrome to turn on adobe flash player. Also when you watch a video then only you can right click on the video and select settings and change it from their.

You can't it requires adobe flash. The annotations are an addon to the flash player. If apple supported adobe then you could. Youtube on the iPad works through HTML5 video. If YouTube updated their HTML5 code to include the annotations that people put on their videos, it would work.
