ZEN V was created in 2006.
I wish i knew, that happened to mine. ='(
iPod is more poular and is more user-friendly, and looks good-but can be expensive. A 2GB iPod costs $150. A zen v plus kind of sucks because it lacks quality among other things. If you are looking for a cheap alternative, get a Zune that can play video. You can get a 4 GB Zune for $150 that can play videos, ie. TV shows, movies, games, etc.
putting videos on the zenvplus is difficult and requires an exact codeq to put it on the player if you want a video converted to this format please email me or make a comment and I will be sure to download and convert the video for you!
